London & Stout Welcomes Michael Lundholm and Julia Clayton

We are thrilled to announce that Michael Lundholm and Julia Clayton have joined the firm.

Michael, who joined us as an associate in June from Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, has experience litigating a broad range of disputes in federal and state courts. At Michael’s previous firm, he represented clients in a range of industries, including food and beverage, finance, real estate, public agencies, and insurance, playing a key role in drafting successful dispositive motions, and negotiating early settlements. Michael also regularly advised clients on compliance with state and federal regulations. Michael is active in the Bay Area legal community and serves on the executive committee of the Litigation Section of the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Julia joined us this week as Senior Counsel, following a nearly two-decade career with the California Department of Justice. During her time as a Deputy Attorney General, Julia conducted numerous corporate fraud investigations under the California False Claims Act. Julia also has extensive experience representing health and welfare agencies—including the California Department of Health Care Services, Department of Public Health, and Department of State Hospitals—in state and federal court. In addition to representing clients facing State Attorneys General investigations and civil law enforcement matters, Julia will provide fractional general counsel services to health and technology start-ups.
